24:28:24:05Endorsements by content test.

An applicant who has completed an early childhood special education preparation program and has passed the state-designated pedagogy test may request the following endorsements if the applicant has passed the state-designated content test for the requested endorsement. The endorsements are: (1) Early childhood birth through grade three; (2) Early childhood birth through grade three special education; (3) Kindergarten through fourth grade English language arts; (4) Kindergarten through fourth grade math; (5) Kindergarten through fourth grade science; and (6) Kindergarten through fourth grade social science. An applicant may request to add the self-contained grades kindergarten through fourth or self-contained grades five through eight if the applicant has passed the state-designated content test for all four subject areas per grade range.
