An applicant who has completed an early childhood special education preparation program and passed the state-designated pedagogy test may request the following endorsements if the applicant has completed the state-designated coursework or has a major in content, for each of the requested endorsements. The endorsements are: (1) Kindergarten; (2) K-12 classroom technology; (3) K-12 adaptive physical education; (4) Elementary South Dakota Indian studies; (5) Elementary deaf or hearing impaired; (6) Elementary blind or visually impaired; (7) Secondary South Dakota Indian studies; (8) Secondary deaf or hearing impaired; (9) Secondary blind or visually impaired; (10) Elementary Russian; (11) Elementary Japanese; (12) Elementary Norwegian; (13) Elementary World Languages; (14) Secondary Russian; (15) Secondary Japanese; (16) Secondary Norwegian; and (17) Secondary World Languages.
