of exclusions and restrictions for jaundice. The person in charge may remove an exclusion specified in subdivisions 44:02:07:07(4)(a) and (4)(b)(i) and a restriction specified in subdivision 44:02:07:07(4)(b)(ii) if: (1) No foodborne illness occurs that may have been caused by the excluded or restricted person and the person: (a) Provides written medical documentation from a physician stating that the person is free of hepatitis A virus; or (b) Is no longer jaundiced; or (2) The excluded or restricted person is suspected of causing foodborne illness and complies with (1)(a) and (b) of this section.
