of exclusions -- Highly susceptible population. The person in charge may remove an exclusion specified in subdivision 44:02:07:07(3) if the excluded person provides written medical documentation from a physician that the person is free of Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., E. Coli O157:H7, hepatitis A virus infection, or other disease transmissible through food, whichever is the infectious agent of concern.
