Each ground ambulance must be equipped with the following ventilation equipment: (1) Fixed and portable oxygen equipment with variable flow regulator; (2) Oxygen administration equipment: (a) Oxygen tubing; (b) Partial or non-rebreathing masks in adult, child, and infant sizes; and (c) Nasal cannulas in adult and pediatric sizes; (3) Bag-valve masks in adult, child, and infant sizes that are: (a) Hand operated; (b) Self-re-expanding bag adult size greater than 1000 ml and child size 450-750 ml; (c) Disposable; (d) Operable in cold weather; and (e) Equipped with an oxygen reservoir and accumulator; and (4) Airways: (a) Adult, child, and infant oropharyngeal sizes 0-5; (b) Nasopharyngeal sizes 20F-34F; (c) Supraglottic airway device; (d) Tongue depressors; and (e) Water soluble lubricating jelly.
