Rulemaking activity
Each facility shall have a transfer agreement with one or more hospitals able to provide prompt inpatient hospital care to the facility's residents when needed. The agreement must provide for an interchange of medical and other information necessary or useful in the care and treatment of a resident transferred between the facilities.
