Rulemaking activity
Each facility shall make a comprehensive assessment of the functional, medical, mental, nursing, and psychosocial needs of each resident. The facility shall use the resident assessment instrument described in the Long Term Care Facility Resident Assessment Instrument 3.0 User's Manual, Version 1.19.1 or an instrument substantially equivalent as determined by the department.
