44:73:12:01Application of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter apply to any new facility and to any renovation, addition, or change in space use of currently licensed, existing facility. Each facility shall comply with NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, 2012 edition. Each facility providing off-site services shall comply with business occupancy standards and other occupancy standards as applicable for the use of the facility from NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, 2012 edition,.chapter 38.
