South Dakota Department of Health - Hospitals, Specialized Hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Emergency HospitalsEffective

The location of and access to facilities shall promote the health, treatment, comfort, safety, and well-being of persons accepted and retained for care. A facility shall be served by good, passable roads. Easy accessibility for employees, visitors, and fire-fighting services shall be maintained.
