50:01:01:02Armory control board.

The armory control board is responsible for the occupancy and use of the armory subject to the control of the department of military and veterans affairs. The armory control board shall coordinate all use of the armory for unit drill dates and rentals for the classifications set forth in this chapter. The armory control board shall either resolve complaints or refer them to the board of military affairs. The armory control board may make recommendations to the board of military affairs concerning rules and regulations governing the use of armories.
