61:08:09:53Approval of major repairs and report.

All major repairs must be approved by the inspector before the start of the work. The inspector may inspect the work while it is in progress. Any defects in the repair work must be discussed with the owner, and recommendations for corrective action must be made at this time and noted in the Report of Welded or Riveted Repairs. The inspector shall forward this report to the Office of the Fire Marshal, the chief boiler inspector, and the owner of the boiler.
