Anyone who holds a commission as an inspector from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, may obtain authority to inspect historic boilers in this state by providing written evidence of the commission to the State Fire Marshal's Office. Authority to inspect historic boilers in this state expires upon expiration of the inspector's National Board commission.
