Assistance Payments - Article 67:12Effective

The department shall make an eligibility determination as soon as possible on applications. The period between the date of the signed application and the date that the assistance check or notification of denial of assistance is mailed to the applicant may not exceed forty-five days, except in circumstances described in § 67:12:01:08.
