For a family assigned to the control group, the department determines eligibility and benefit levels according to article 67:12, except for §§ 67:12:05:76 to 67:12:05:79, inclusive, 67:12:06:42.01, 67:12:06:42.02, and 67:12:06:43.01. For a family assigned to the 1115 waiver group, the department determines eligibility and benefit levels according to article 67:12.
