Assistance Payments - Article 67:12Effective

The equity value, up to one thousand five hundred dollars, of a prepaid burial contract designated for use by a member of the assistance unit is excluded as a resource when applying the resource limit in § 67:12:05:05. The burial contract must meet the criteria of SDCL 55-11-1, 55-11-2, and 55-11-3.
