Any payment received under Title II of the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, 42 U.S.C. §§ 4601 et.seq. (April 2, 1987) is not considered a resource and may not count against the liquid asset limitation or as income to meet current needs.
