Compensation provided to individual volunteers under the retired senior volunteer program, foster grandparent, or older Americans community service programs established under Title VI of the Older Americans Act of 1965, 42 U.S.C. § 3001, (September 30, 1992), is excluded when determining initial and continuing eligibility for the aid to families with dependent children program.
