67:15:01:38Notice to ineligible LIEAP households.

If a household is determined ineligible for LIEAP assistance, the department, within 60 days after the date of application, shall notify the household in writing of the reason for ineligibility. The notice shall also contain information regarding the household's right to a fair hearing.
