eligible for reimbursement -- In-state. The following types of psychiatric residential treatment facilities are eligible to receive reimbursement for services provided to individuals under the age of 21: (1) A residential treatment center licensed under the provisions of chapter 67:42:08; and (2) An intensive residential treatment center licensed under the provisions of chapter 67:42:15.
