Rulemaking activity

care services available for certain children. A parent or guardian may be eligible for direct child care services if the parent or guardian has a child who meets one of the following requirements: (1) The child is under age 13; (2) The child is under age 18 and physically or mentally incapable of self-care; (3) The child is under age 19, is enrolled in school and expected to graduate, and is physically or mentally incapable of self-care; or (4) The child is under age 18, or under 19 if enrolled in school and expected to graduate, and is under court supervision. The child must reside with a recipient who is working or attending a job training or educational program or the child must be receiving protective services.
