L -- Disinfectant residuals, disinfection byproducts, and disinfection byproduct precursors. The requirements for disinfectant residuals, disinfection byproducts, and disinfection byproduct precursors found in 40 C.F.R. Part 141 Subpart L (July 1, 2018) are hereby incorporated by reference except for 40 C.F.R. § 141.131(c)(3) (July 1, 2018).
