There is appropriated $87,000,000 in federal fund expenditure authority, to the 4 Governor's Office of Economic Development, for providing grants to expand broadband 5 infrastructure in this state, in accordance with the federal guidelines as part of the Broadband 6 Equity, Access, and Deployment program. 7 Section 2. The commissioner of the Governor's Office of Economic Development shall 8 approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized 9 in this Act. 10 Section 3. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall 11 revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8. 12 Section 4.
