South Dakota State University's Board of Regents gets approval and $1.72 million in funding to design and build an addition to its swine barn facility. The board can adjust the budget up to 25% above the initial estimate to account for inflation or new regulations, and can also accept additional money from federal grants or donations to help pay for the project.

This amendment converts the bill from its introduced form to its enrolled (final passed) form by removing the introductory legislative markup and adding official enrollment signatures and certification pages, but makes no substantive changes to the bill's content, funding amount of $1,720,000, or purpose of appropriating money for the swine barn addition at South Dakota State University.
