The amendment converted the bill from its engrossed (passed by House) form to its enrolled (final) form by removing legislative markup language and section numbering while adding the formal enrollment certifications and signature blocks required for official enactment. The substantive policy—requiring coaches to be mandatory reporters of child abuse or neglect—remained unchanged.
