This bill eliminates the special donations fund and instead provides $500,000 directly from the state general fund to support the Jobs for America's Graduates program in South Dakota schools. The money can be used to match private donations, federal grants, or support collaborative education efforts, but cannot be added to an endowment. Any funds currently in the old special donations fund will be transferred to the general fund.
